About Developmental Services Network

For more than 20 years Developmental Services Network (DSN) has served its members as California’s only trade association dedicated exclusively to providers of intermediate care facility (ICF) services for people with developmental disabilities.  DSN’s strength comes from its members who recognize the importance of working together, sharing information, conducting and receiving training, and providing critical regulatory and fiscal analysis of the activities of the various governmental entities involved in oversight and funding of the program.

DSN provides its members with readily available information to assist them with owning and operating one or multiple Intermediate Care Facilities. We provide a forum for members where questions and constructive conversations are encouraged to assist the community at large. We keep members informed with regulatory updates and legislative updates, as well as pertinent information on laws that emerge from the State’s Capitol and at the federal level.
